Loved that the hotel was fabulous and had polite staff on Dec 23 night shift. The continental breakfast was great, had sausages and bacon. The location was marvellous and convenient, in very nice area, in the comfortable area. Also, tidal rapids was 2 miles away.

The location of the hotel is excellent, so close to the harbor and restaurants and St John's downtown, market and restaurants and decorations at a competitive rate. I have to mention the warm and delicious breakfast with an array of breads and sausages, as example. Exceptional personnel is on Dec 23 night shift.

I truly enjoyed this hip new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. Everyone was best and excellent co-operating. I found the property's location perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk to the harbor and restaurants as well as ferry to Nova Scotia. A cool bonus was nearby Java Moose Coffee, that offered tea and coffee.

The location was odd.

Incredible staff on Dec 23 night shift, luxurious, spotless rooms. Had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Marvellous and comfy location with a view to the rear and close enough to center of town over a highway as well as Chateau Saint John. Also, excellent to the downtown.

All the employees were courteous and exceptional. Loved central heating, TV set, and a writing table in the room.

There were brand-new, great-sized rooms with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with nice jacuzzi, as example. The location was convenient in the very nice area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Extremely spacious and airy units with a lovely view over the rear. Warm and delicious breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

Everything was simply really good. The location was nice, to the uptown area! Had tea and goodies at The Infusion Tearoom, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Well-appointed rooms with a king bed for hotel guests. Central location, knowledgeable and efficient staff on Dec 23 night shift. Also - close enough to uptown in fifteen minutes, city center where there's plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from, and Uptowns restaurants and shops.

Very unsafe area.

The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried hot dishes. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and towels in the bathroom.

Luxurious and spotless rooms with microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot are accompanied by top-notch service. Favourable location really close to uptown, Rothesay Ave, St John's downtown, market and restaurants and uptown to the harbor, it's central.

Had fairly nice stay during vacation. The staff members were polite and welcoming. The venue was in a central location right by restaurants, shops and bars. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Breakfast, it was mediocre, could be better.

The view to the rear is lovely, the room is reasonably spacious and airy. Functional bathroom is large. Very welcoming and polite staff on Dec 23 night shift and magnificent location make it a great choice! Sense of Tokyo, where you can eat lunch, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Their breakfast is mediocre, can be better.

The place is modern, the staff are knowledgeable and efficient.

the location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice and they have parking onsite. well-appointed rooms with a king bed are accompanied by outstanding service.

It was nicely furnished, brand-new and with superb bedding. The hotel had a central setting to ferry to Nova Scotia. The place had a family atmosphere.
